We want you to love what you wear. If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right — no side-eye, no hassle.

Misprints, damages & defects

If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or any defect, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it at no cost to you.

Lost in transit

If your package never arrives, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address — but a reshipping fee will apply.

Unclaimed packages

If your package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply to send it back out.

Buyer's remorse & sizing

Because every Midwest Misbehaving piece is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before placing your order — we're happy to help.
