Welcome to Midwest Misbehaving. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they're shorter than the fine print on your last seed catalog.

1. Who we are

Midwest Misbehaving LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. We design and sell print-on-demand clothing and accessories through our website at midwestmisbehaving.com. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from Midwest Misbehaving, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you've selected.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colors, designs, and details accurately, but actual products may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, print runs, and the nature of made-to-order goods. Minor variations are part of the charm, not a defect.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, even after an order has been placed.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You're responsible for ensuring your billing and shipping information is accurate.

5. Made-to-order policy

Every Midwest Misbehaving piece is printed on demand after you order. Because of this, we don't hold inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for full details on what's eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times, costs, and policies are detailed in our [Shipping Policy].

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, slogans, graphics, text, logos, photographs, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Midwest Misbehaving LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our written permission. The slogans, designs, and brand name "Midwest Misbehaving" are ours, and we'd really rather not have to send a cease and desist — but we will.

You may share photos of products you've purchased on social media and tag us (please do!).

8. User conduct

When using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

  • Interfere with the site's functionality, security, or other users' experience

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
