Shipping Policy

Everything we make is printed on demand, just for you — which means a little more wait time and a lot less waste. Here's what to expect.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's in your cart. Rates can vary by product since different items ship from different facilities, but you'll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

How long will it take?

Because each piece is made to order, your timeline has two parts:

Production: 2–7 business days to print, press, and pack your order Shipping: 3–5 business days once your order leaves the warehouse

All in, most orders land on your doorstep within 5–12 business days from the day you place them. Weekends and holidays don't count toward business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — couriers gonna courier. If something is dragging, hang tight and reach out if it's been more than a few days past the window.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you. Heads up: you won't get a tracking email until production wraps and the package is actually moving, so a little patience in those first few days goes a long way.

I put in the wrong address!

It happens. If you catch a typo, reach out through our [Contact Us Form] right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we can fix it. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it — and if it comes back to us, a reshipping fee will apply.

My order says "delivered" but it isn't here

Give it 48 hours first — couriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before they actually drop them off, and packages often turn up at a neighbor's, in a back hallway, or with a household member.

If it still doesn't show, contact the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a missing mail claim. Once a package is marked delivered to the correct address, it's out of our hands — but most do turn up.

Lost in transit

If your package is genuinely lost (not marked delivered, 7+ days past the estimated delivery date), reach out through our [Contact Us Form] and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. See our [Return Policy] for full details.
